📝 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

IBG MART WHOLESALE PRIVATE LIMITED

1. POLICY OVERVIEW

IBG MART WHOLESALE PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company” or “IBG Mart”) manufactures and supplies industrial and agricultural machinery on a custom-built, made-to-order basis. Due to the nature of the products and industrial manufacturing standards, the Company enforces a strict No Return and No Refund Policy for all orders confirmed and processed.


2. NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS

No returns or refunds shall be accepted under any of the following circumstances:

2.1. Change of mind, lack of use-case, or purchase made without genuine requirement.

2.2. Damage caused due to improper handling, misuse, or lack of technical knowledge.

2.3. Business failure, financial loss, or operational change of the Client.

2.4. Demise of the Client or registered buyer post-order confirmation.

2.5. Inability to use the machine due to raw material shortage, labor issues, transportation delays, health concerns, or any other personal or professional constraints not attributable to the Company.


3. LIMITED EXCEPTION — MANUFACTURING DEFECTS ONLY

The Company may, at its sole discretion, allow exchange or repair in verified cases of manufacturing defects, subject to the following terms:

3.1. Exchange or Repair

If approved, the defective item will be either:

A. Replaced with a new unit of the same model; or

B. Repaired and returned to the Client in operational condition.

3.2. Reporting Timeline

All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Complaints beyond this window will be considered void.

3.3. Proof Required

Client must provide clear, time-stamped photo or video proof showing the alleged defect.


4. REPORTING PROCEDURE

To raise a complaint regarding a manufacturing defect:

5. INSPECTION AND VERIFICATION

All reported issues shall be assessed by the Company’s technical team:

5.1. If a manufacturing defect is verified, the Company will initiate exchange or repair.

5.2. Claims lacking sufficient evidence or reported late will be dismissed without liability.


6. SHIPPING, TRANSPORT, AND RETURN LOGISTICS

6.1. If the product is returned for repair, the courier or transport cost shall be borne by the Client.

6.2. In genuine manufacturing defect cases, return shipping and redelivery charges shall be covered by the Company.

6.3. No claims will be accepted for damage incurred during transit. Transporters are fully responsible for in-transit risks.


7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following categories of items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

7.1. Digital or downloadable products.

7.2. Spare parts or accessories sold separately.

7.3. Customized or made-to-specification items.


8. MOTOR WARRANTY CLAUSE

8.1. Only the motor of the machine carries a 6-month warranty, subject to inspection by the Company.

8.2. Any damage due to power fluctuations, poor connections, or misuse voids the warranty.

8.3. Warranty is valid only once per product and is not extendable.

8.4. In case of warranty claims, the Client must provide all proof as per Clause 3.3.

8.5. No warranty shall apply to other parts or accessories unless explicitly mentioned.


9. SERVICE & BOOKING AMOUNT CONDITIONS

9.1. Any amount paid for service-related issues is non-refundable and adjusted against service work only.

9.2. Booking amount is non-refundable and valid only for adjustment toward another purchase within 3 months from the date of booking.


10. LEGAL TERMS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

10.1. All disputes arising from or related to this policy shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of competent courts at Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh, India.

10.2. The Company shall not entertain legal claims, arbitration, or dispute resolution from any other jurisdiction.

10.3. Physical or transit-damaged goods are not eligible for refund, return, or replacement.


11. FINAL DECLARATIONS

By placing an order with IBG MART WHOLESALE PRIVATE LIMITED, the Client confirms and agrees that:

11.1. They have fully understood and accepted this Return & Refund Policy.

11.2. The Company cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect losses, misuse, or inability to operate the machinery after delivery.

11.3. Any defamatory, threatening, or misleading actions or statements made by the Client against the Company or its staff—through social media, public platforms, or legal forums—shall entitle the Company to initiate appropriate legal action including damages and penalties for reputational harm.


12. NOTICE

The Company reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time, without prior notice. The current version shall always be binding as per the effective date mentioned herein.
