To be eligible for an exchange or repair due to manufacturing defects, you must report the issue within 48 hour of receiving the product.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than manufacturing defects. Our policy is strict in this regard.

6. Exchange or Repair Process:

Depending on the nature of the defect, we will either send a replacement product or arrange for the repair of the defective item. The shipping costs associated with the return of the defective product and the delivery of the replacement or repaired item will be covered by IBG MART WHOLESALE PVT. LTD.

9. Courier And Transport Related Conditions:
9.1: If the customer returns product for repairs, courier / transport charge will be pay by the customer only.
9.2: Warranty / Guarantee, in case courier / transport payment is made on behalf of the buyer, and the sellers will pay on their behalf.
9.3: In the condition of manufacturing defect exchanges, courier / transport charge pay by company.


NOTE: 
1: Pratapgarh Uttar Pradesh court will be valid only in the case of any court dispute.
2: Physical / in-transit damage product is not be returned or exchanged.
3: In any case, if there is a manufacturing problem, the company will only repair/exchange the product.
4: The rupee of any product which is relieved from the service will not be returned to any stage only, the service which is said for the service will be completed
5: Booking amount never return , only adjusted in buying any products price in under 3 months.
