IBG MART WHOLESALE PVT. LTD. - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:

By engaging in any transaction or business with IBG MART WHOLESALE PVT. LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "IBG Mart"), the industrial and agricultural machinery manufacturing company (hereinafter referred to as "Client") acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. ORDERS AND PRICING:

2.1: All orders are subject to acceptance by IBG Mart.

2.2: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The Client agrees to pay the prices as per IBG Mart's prevailing rate at the time of order confirmation.

3. PAYMENT TERMS:

3.1: Payment must be made in the currency specified on the invoice.

3.2: Credit terms, if granted, are subject to satisfactory credit checks.

3.3: IBG Mart reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate specified in the invoice.

4. DELIVERY:

4.1: Delivery dates are estimates and subject to change.

4.2: The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the Client upon delivery.

4.3: Any claims for damaged or missing goods must be reported to IBG Mart within 7 days of delivery.

5. WARRANTY:

5.1: IBG Mart warrants that its products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period specified in the product documentation.

5.2: The warranty is void if the product is misused, modified, or repaired by unauthorized persons.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

6.1: IBG Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

6.2: IBG Mart's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the contract shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the products.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

7.1: The Client acknowledges that any intellectual property rights in the products supplied by IBG Mart remain the property of IBG Mart.

7.2: The Client agrees not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any products without the prior written consent of IBG Mart.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY:

8.1: Both parties agree to keep confidential any information received from the other party that is marked as confidential or should be reasonably understood to be confidential.

8.2: This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of any agreement between the parties.

9. TERMINATION:

9.1: Either party may terminate an agreement in the event of a material breach by the other party.

9.2: Termination does not relieve the Client of its obligation to pay for products delivered or services performed before the effective date of termination.

10. GOVERNING LAW:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hon'ble Courts Pratapgarh Uttar Pradesh. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of Hon'ble Courts Pratapgarh Uttar Pradesh.

11. MISCELLANEOUS:

11.1: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior negotiations and agreements.

11.2: Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions must be in writing and signed by both parties.

By engaging in business with IBG MART WHOLESALE PVT. LTD., the Client affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

12: Some important instructions for the security, warranty & installation of the machine:

12.1: While opening the packing of the machine, make a small video, so that there is any part missing, We can send it to you again.

12.2: We have no guarantees for the breakdown of the machine due to transportation fault, transport is responsible for this, we will send you (Only when its necessary) a video when packing machine, in which you can see that the machine is new and packed well. is.

12.3: If you have never run a machine, please do not rush to run the machine otherwise you can burn the machine and the motor. For this you take our technician's number and call the technician once before starting the machine.

12.4: Do not try to run the machine directly from the connection of your house at any stage, this may worsen your home wiring, as there is thin wiring in the house.

12.5: Bring the connection of 5 to 2.5mm / 3mm copper from the strong cable to the machine, this connection should be from a direct pillar or near your meter.

12.6: You have to set two big fuse of 6- 100 - 100 amps.

12.7: 20/35 Change the ampere you have to change.

12.8: (0 - 30) you have to set 1 amperes.

12.9: Place the 9-20 amper's MCB and make the machine connection to the power plug.

12.10: At the beginning of the 1st week at least you put less goods in the machine and learned how to work.

12.11: There is only 48 hours for any kind of compilation in the machine (the day you get the machine from the transport) within this period, if you file a compilation then your problem will be solved.

12.12: Machine only has a 6-month warranty of the motor, which will be found after checking the motor by the company, if there is some problem in motor due to negligence, then the company's warranty will not be found.

12.13: If you do not follow the instructions given above and do not make a connection to the machine properly then in this case if the motor burns then the entire responsibility will be yours, and your warranty will end.

12.14: If you write a compilation of motor burns or spoilage, then we will give you a warranty if you have to share the video recordings of all the proprietary ways you have been told above.

12.15: If no sparepart is damaged in the machine, no warranty is guaranteed. Spare part will be sent to you by courier after depositing the value separately.

12.16: The machine can not be back / replaceable at any stage.

12.17: In any case the motor's warranty will be available only once.

12.18: Transport is to be freighted by the customer, warranty - in the event of the guarantee, the customer will be able to freight on behalf of the company and the company is on its side.

12.19: In the context of the machine, any packet can be more in size, color and weight.

12.20: The installation of the machine is done by the customer, under no circumstances will any employee of the company go to the customer's home to do the installation.
